1. The service
LifeCareMate is a personal organizer for reminders, records, health tracking, lists and family coordination. It is provided by [COMPANY NAME].
2. Not medical, legal or financial advice
LifeCareMate helps you keep track of information. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat or give medical, legal or financial advice. Always follow your doctor’s instructions. Do not rely on the app as your only reminder for critical medicines or deadlines.
3. Your content
You own what you enter. You are responsible for having the right to store information about other people you add (for example family members) and for keeping your phone and backups secure.
4. “If something happens to me”
This feature depends on your phone, your account, notifications and our server operating normally. It is an aid, not a guarantee, and does not replace a will or legal arrangements.
5. Subscriptions
Plus is billed by Apple or Google. It renews automatically until you cancel in your store settings. Refunds follow the store’s rules.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use LifeCareMate to break the law, harm others, or attempt to access other people’s data or our systems.
7. Availability and liability
We work to keep the service reliable but provide it “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages or for missed reminders caused by device settings, battery optimization or connectivity.
